Southwest style ring with a subtle and beautiful color of pink that shines with iridescence. This handmade ring has a delicate, split shank that carries it's cabochon in a saw tooth bezel. Ring is encircled by a simple rope design.
Hallmark reads Alpaca, which artisans typically use in Mexico and Peru. Alpaca silver is actually an alloy made from copper, nickel, and sometimes zinc or iron, then plated with sterling silver. A strong metal, much like stainless steel, that will not discolor over time.
A nice staple piece of Mexican/Southwest jewelry if you're looking to add to your collection or just diving in.
